Great delivery of the car, well presented and a full tank of fuel.
Kodi was great to deal with, got back to me straight away with answers to my questions and good honest appraisal of the car. Good experience of a car dealership for me.

I had a fantastic service experience yesterday and would highly recommend Barton's Wynnum to anyone! I have next to no knowledge on cars and informed my service advisor Jay that my car didn't 'feel right' when driving. He let me know that it was most likely the wheel alignment and noted that he would check it for me and if it was that they would fix it and then told me the associated pricing so there was no surprises. It did turn out to be this problem and now my car is driving so smoothly and I could not be happier.

I also noticed that all the settings in my vehicle were the same as when I left it although I know they had to test drive it I would expect my mirror's and chair etc to be out of order but it was still all perfect down to the radio station.

Something I had never experienced before was the complimentary vacuum and clean of my car (which it desperately needed), I thought this was amazing and has definitely guaranteed my return to your establishment.

Jay was also so lovely to deal with, he saw me drive in and must have noted my number plate and had my paper work ready to go by the time I was at the counter. He also recognised me getting dropped back off and had the car out front and waiting by the time I had paid although I never saw him call or usher anybody so he must have done that before I even came in the building. I thought this was phenomenal service and not to mention being able to book my service in online was hugely convenient and definitely my preferred method for next time. I had previously been calling around to other location's where nobody could seem to take my call or even call me back so this was a huge win. The text upon service completion is also very convenient as it is usually hard for me to answer a call while I am at work.

This is definitely 5 star worthy service and will definitely be returning.

Purchasing my car at Barton’s in Wynnum was probably one of the best shopping experiences of my life. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful especially the man who helped me find my car, John Chow! He was kind and helpful and is still checking up to see if my car is going okay and how I’m liking it. Liz from the aftercare department was also wonderful and offered amazing deals which made it easy for me to have protection on my car. She was absolutely lovely and did everything she could to make my experience great. Corrine was also wonderful and had such a lovely demeanour and all in all my experience was absolutely amazing. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars but that just goes to show that you should definitely shop at Barton’s in Wynnum when you’re looking to purchase your next car!

A warm and professional place to buy my used car. Zac Manning was my salesperson and he was very friendly, helpful and informative. I bought a used car with confidence and am very happy with the follow-up service. I have had not so great experiences in the past with used car businesses and I can honestly recommend Barton’s. Thanks - we’ll be back when the time comes.

Went out o look at a car and ended up buying it on the same day, the staff were totally awesome and great to work with, Kodie who sold us the car was great helpful, and didn't just act like your every day car sales person and was always willing to help out or to find out my needs for the car. Corinne in finance was also very helpful to get the paper work sorted out quickly. Service was also very helpful in getting my minor issues sorted out with no problems. I recommend that you definitely go see Bartons for your next car purchase

I visited the store last Saturday interested in a vehicle. The service was great and everyone was very quick and professional. Although I have not purchased the vehicle yet, this dealership is 30 minute drive for me (with multiple other dealerships on my drive) I will definitely be going back. Kellie Turpin was the sales person who looked after me and delivered a brand new Forester. This took a total of 4 days. She delivered the car I wanted at a price that suited my budget. She is a highly professional young woman who can negotiate and deliver the best for her clients. I buy a new car every four years and I hope Kellie will sell me my next car! If you want good old fashioned service with a smile, Kellie is your girl!

The sale consult Kellie Turpin was so reliable, experienced, genuine , friendly, making the whole process so efficient and smooth. We were also very happy the car delivery time was way before schedule.
We did not go to other Subaru store. Highly recommended this one! Absolutely wonderful experience for purchasing our car.
